| Cable Beach is a great place to try out parasailing on New Providence Island. Many water sports operators are located along the beach, and it's a relatively safe, but exhilarating way to view the beach. Both Xanadu and Lucaya Beach on Grand Bahama Island offer parasailing, where you'll soar up to 400 feet above the water, attached to a harness and parachute.
